Our client, an industry leader in electronic manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Solderer to join their team. As a Solderer, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and quality assurance of backplanes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Solderer

**Location:** Fremont, CA

**Pay Range: $28-$32.00/hr DOE**

**Shift:** 6am-2:30pm M-F

**What's the Job?**

+ Perform solder operations for standard and custom backplanes according to documentation and assembly drawings
+ Conduct quality self-inspections of all completed work to ensure high standards
+ Perform connector and hardware repairs on backplanes requiring rework or modifications
+ Follow detailed instructions and recognize deviations from accepted practices
