Core Responsibilities for the Solderer:

+ Assemble parts or circuit boards and position, align, and fasten circuit boards to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames, using hand tools and power tools
+ Read and interpret assembly drawings
+ Perform through-hole soldering of circuit board components and wiring
+ Repair and/or replace defective parts rejected by test personnel
+ Route and attach wires and connectors to electronic circuitry and/or subassemblies

Qualifications and Experience for the Solderer:

+ 3+ years soldering experience
+ Ability able to read and interpret standard operating procedures and drawings
+ Vocational or technical school training is helpful but not required
+ Experience with hand tools, crimpers, and hand soldering is required
