**Job Title: Solderer | Weekly Pay | $20-24/hr**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled solderer to join our team for the 1st shift & 2nd Shift from 5:30am to 3:30pm & 3:30pm to 2:30am, Monday through Thursday. The role involves soldering circuit boards and placing electronic components onto a blank circuit board using electronic schematics. Candidates may also work in different cells, performing tasks such as kitting, inspecting, packaging, and labeling, all while following written work instructions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Solder circuit boards using electronic schematics.
+ Place electronic components onto blank circuit boards.
+ Perform kitting, inspecting, packaging, and labeling tasks.
+ Utilize written work instructions to complete tasks accurately.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in small part soldering.
+ Experience with SMT or similar machines.
