SOLAR SITE SUPERINTENDENT

The Solar Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing solar installation and electrical activities on site. This role ensures work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, building codes, and quality standards.

The Solar Site Superintendent provides day‑to‑day leadership to crews, subcontractors, and trades, while acting as a key link between field operations and project management. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on solar and electrical expertise, and the ability to proactively solve problems in a dynamic construction environment.

This position will primarily support work in Witset, BC, with occasional travel to other project locations as required. The role reports to the Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Solar Operations Manager.
