As a Solar Site Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of a utility-scale solar facility. You will be responsible for leading site-level safety initiatives, supervising field technicians, ensuring operational uptime, and executing both electrical and mechanical tasks in alignment with internal standards and industry best practices.


What you'll be doing as a Solar Site Manager: 


+ Follow all Health and Safety policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace

+ Lead and enforce a zero-incident safety culture by following all Spark Power and customer Health & Safety policies.

+ Conduct daily tailgate meetings, complete hazard assessments, and secure necessary electrical work permits.
