Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer with strong project execution experience. Candidates with prior exposure to the solar industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors
Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
Coordinate procurement, logistics, and on-site activities
Provide basic technical oversight and resolve site issues
Support client coordination and project reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience in project execution (solar preferred)
Strong team management and site coordination skills
