Solar Laborer

**Job Title: Vegetation Management Laborer - Utility Scale Solar Site**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform vegetation management activities throughout solar arrays including weed removal, mowing, trimming, cutting, spraying, and general landscape maintenance.
+ Operate string trimmers, weed eaters, push mowers, riding mowers, brush cutters, chainsaws, and other vegetation management equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Remove excess vegetation around solar modules, trackers, combiner boxes, inverters, transformers, substations, and other project infrastructure.
+ Maintain clear access roads, equipment laydown areas, drainage channels, and emergency access routes.
+ Assist with erosion control measures, stormwater protection devices, and environmental compliance requirements.
+ Identify and report damaged modules, tracker components, fencing, or other site defects observed during vegetation management activities.
