**Job Description**

This temporary role supports the reinstallation of rooftop solar panels on commercial facilities. You will work as part of a field crew to safely remove existing solar panels during phase one and reinstall them during phase two, following strict safety standards and project timelines. The position requires comfort working at heights on flat roofs and may involve travel to additional project sites as needed.
