Description

As a Solar Installer II at Gardner Energy, you will support the installation and commissioning of commercial and residential solar systems. You will play a key role in field operations, working alongside crew members, foremen, and superintendents to deliver safe, high-quality installations on schedule. This role contributes to the company’s mission of advancing clean, renewable energy while maintaining strong safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Install solar PV systems including racking, modules, DC wiring, and associated components in accordance with plans and specifications.
+ Follow OSHA and company safety standards, ensuring a safe and clean work environment at all times.
