**Job Title: Solar Installer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated candidates to assist in the installation of solar panels, torque tubes, racking, hucking/bombing, kitting, QA/QC, and trash cleanup for the mechanical build of a solar farm. The ideal candidates will have experience with Nextracker technology.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with the installation of solar panels and mechanical components.
+ Participate in the installation of torque tubes and racking systems.
+ Perform hucking/bombing and kitting tasks.
+ Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities.
+ Ensure site cleanliness through trash cleanup.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3+ years of mechanical installation experience.
+ 3+ years of solar installation experience.
+ 3+ years of construction experience.
+ Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
+ Experience with solar panel modules and racking.
