**Job Title: Solar Installation Laborer**

**Job Description**

This role supports the construction and installation of commercial-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftop and carport projects throughout Arizona. You will work on flat and pitched roofs as well as carport structures, assisting with racking assembly, solar module installation, and general construction tasks to ensure safe and efficient project completion.

Currently work 2:00am-10:00am (40 hours a week) to avoid the summer heat.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with the construction and installation of commercial-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on flat roofs, pitched roofs, and carport structures.
+ Assemble and install racking systems according to project specifications and safety standards.
