A leading HRMS service provider is looking for a passionate trainer to join the customer success team, to facilitate customer onboarding to the HRMS application. The team is looking to enhance the end-user’s experience and thus is keenly looking for a person with excellent communication skills who is passionate about training. A keen learner and able to engage the end user.

• Conduct training for end users (Onsite / Zoom) for an HRMS cloud application.
• Liaise with the implementation team on training details and arrangements.
• Ensure successful customer onboarding with relevant team members.
• Provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user during onboarding.

• Degree or Diploma in IT preferable.
• 2+ years of training and related experience.
• Agility, work ethic and strong team player required.
