We are now looking for a Software Trainee to join our R&D team in Karkkila for 2026. This role gives you the chance to work with embedded systems, test automation and software tools used in LED driver development.

What You Will Work On:

• Participate in developing automated test systems for LED drivers
• Create and improve test sequences for HW/SW product validation
• Work with long-term testing, system testing and type testers
• Support development of tools and processes that increase automation
• Analyze measurement data and support improvements in test reliability

What We Hope You Bring:

• Ongoing studies in software engineering, automation, electronics or embedded systems
• Basic knowledge of Python, Robot Framework
• Understanding of electronics and measurement equipment
