Job Description
We are hiring Software Testing Manager who will help us in improving the overall testing practices of the organization to achieve better outcomes for our customers.
Responsibilities:
+ Drive manual and automated test planning & strategy and implement QC standards.
+ Assist the development team in implementing and executing manual/automated tests based on the agreed-upon acceptance criteria.
+ Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites
+ Defect analysis and logging defects and feature improvements into our tracking system and seeing each one through to completion
+ Responsible to ensure that any areas not covered by automated tests are validated via alternate mechanisms.
+ Documenting, escalating, and help mitigate areas of high-risk for mission-critical systems.
