Software Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall automation testing strategy, framework, standards, and governance across SIT, UAT, and Regression testing.
• Lead end-to-end automation delivery for enterprise applications, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation assets.
• Perform automation feasibility assessments and drive automation coverage targets for regression and critical business workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for Web, Mobile, API, and Database testing.
• Manage automated smoke, functional, regression, and integration test execution across multiple testing cycles.
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
