Your role

As a Software Test Lead , you would lead Saab 9LV combat management system (CMS) test activities at Tampere and Finland. Saab 9LV combat management system has a distributed and international development organization, so you would have chance to collaborate with people from different countries.

In practice you would lead a system testing team, which has currently four members, but there are plans for growth. You would also collaborate tightly with software automation team at Tampere, which is building enablers for test automation. Your most important stakeholders would be project managers, product owners and end-customers.
