Software Test Engineer (Malaysia)

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of cybersecurity software products
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
• Assist in troubleshooting and reproducing reported issues
• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to test automation efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Between two (minimum) and five years of experience in software testing
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience with test case management tools
