Software Technologist I - Mobile Testing

**Your role:**
**Team Leadership & Ownership**
+ Lead, mentor, and manage the Verification/QA team for mobile applications.
+ Define verification strategies, testing standards, and quality benchmarks across projects.
+ Allocate verification tasks, manage priorities, and ensure timely execution of testing activities.
+ Drive accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the verification team.
+ Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance feedback for team members.
+ Build a culture of quality, attention to detail, and proactive risk identification.
**Verification & Release Management**
+ Own end-to-end verification sign-off for Android and iOS releases.
+ Design and oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability, and release validation testing.
