Java, Python, SQL, AWS, eCommerce platforms, and AI/ML (including LLMs) . Must combine deep engineering skills with team mentorship and scalable, production-grade architecture ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development (60%)
Design scalable backend systems (Java, Python)
Architect cloud-native apps on AWS
Build/optimize APIs, microservices, distributed systems
Design/manage SQL databases (RDBMS & cloud-native)
Integrate AI/ML & LLM solutions (RAG, fine-tuning, APIs)
Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, security
Conduct code reviews; enforce best practices
Leadership & Team Management (40%)
Lead and mentor engineers
Drive sprint planning, roadmaps, delivery
