Software Specialist (Release Engineer)

About the role

As a Software Specialist (Release Engineer) , you’ll sit at the heart of engineering delivery, enabling teams to ship high-quality software to production frequently, safely, and at scale.

This is a senior, hands‑on role where you’ll combine deep engineering capability with release engineering and DevOps expertise.

You’ll lead how we design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines, coordinate complex release activities across squads, and embed automation and reliability into everything we deploy.

You’ll play a key role in improving lead time, reducing release risk, and driving a more mature, continuous delivery capability across our platforms.
