Software Program Manager, Mobility Group

Position Overview

Software Program Manager – oversee embedded software project development from start to finish to deliver software on time, of high quality, in compliance with industry standards such as ISO 26262, and aligned with the hardware development schedules of the associated products.

In This Function You Will

• Define project scope, work breakdown structure (WBS), and detailed milestone schedules synchronized with internal/external milestones
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for OEM customers, lead steering committee meetings and manage internal/external expectations
• Proactively identify technical, resource and timing risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical path issues to executive leadership when necessary
• Ensure all software work products meet industry standards, specifically ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) and ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)
