Software Manager

The Software Manager is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and operational management of AI-driven and enterprise software applications. This role oversees both the technical direction and team execution across AI platforms, backend systems, frontend applications, DevOps, infrastructure, and integrations. The Software Manager will lead a software engineering team, drive modern AI-assisted development practices (e.g., Claude Code / AI-assisted coding workflows), and ensure software solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business and customer needs. This role focuses not only on technical implementation, but also on strengthening team leadership, improving software delivery processes, and building a customer-focused engineering culture.
