Software Manager (Direct Contract)

The Software Manager is responsible for leading and governing all software engineering activities within an ICT public sector project in Singapore. This role ensures that software solutions are designed, developed, tested, and maintained in compliance with Singapore Government standards.

Software Strategy, Architecture & Governance

• Define the software engineering approach and delivery framework aligned with GovTech guidelines, IM8 policies, and ISO standards.
• Provide leadership over the project's core technology stack, including Microsoft SQL Server databases, C# programming environments, and native Azure cloud services.
• Establish and enforce robust processes for software design, implementation, testing, and configuration management aligned with ISO/IEC 12207 and ISO 9001.
