Software Manager

Emerson T&M is looking for an experienced manager to join our R&D Driver Software Team in Penang. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual with strong software project management and people management skills who can lead a team of approximately 6-10 experienced engineers. This individual will be responsible for the development of several NI drivers & software products, developing talent and managing projects.

**What Will You Do:**

+ Lead a team of 6-10 engineers to unleash the value of systems & hardware through development of drivers & software.
+ Responsible for several NI drivers & software. Lead the team to ensure all business deliverables are met, such as delivering new software features, enabling new hardware, sustaining, involved in researching/defining future direction of software, and helping support team resolve customer escalations.
