Managing and supporting end-to-end software lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, termination, entitlement and contract updates.Delivering commercial optimisation of software through license use tracking, entitlement and baseline analysis, to facilitate cost reduction and risk mitigation.Providing expert guidance on software licensing models, usage terms and compliance across software vendors ( Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe and other on-prem and SaaS providers).Understanding SKU changes and pricing models and map entitlement in SAM tool.Managing and optimising software usage through establishing governance processes.Maintaining accurate software asset and contract records within SAM tool and Contract repository.Supporting audit defense activities by evidencing license entitlement records and ensure ongoing compliance with licensing terms and conditions.Collaborat...
