Software Intern

The Firmware & Test Engineering group is a global team focused on the development of Seagate’s HDD SelfTest Firmware and Test Process

About the role - you will:

● Develop HDD Firmware and SelfTest platform in C/Python
● Improve the performance of HDD SelfTest Process
● Work with DC and factory teams to analyze and fix issues during HDD SelfTest Process
● Work with cross-function teams to improve product yield, test time, and quality performance

About you:

● Bachelor or above. Knowledge of Science or Engineering
● Good understanding of embedded firmware & software architecture
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Able to use verbal and written communication in English
● Can work independently, innovative, disciplined, Active, self-motivative, A positive attitude for work and willingness to accept challenges
