Software Field Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly capable and customer-focused Software Field Services Engineer to join the NAM Secure Power Software Services team at Schneider Electric. In this role, you will lead the deployment, configuration, and support of our Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) software solutions across customer environments. You will work directly with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to drive successful implementations, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure long-term customer success.
