The Cisco Wireless Feature & System Engineering team builds end-to-end wireless capabilities across access points, controllers, and cloud-managed platforms. We design features that span device software, control planes, and management systems to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performance enterprise Wi-Fi.

**Your Impact**

As a Technical Lead, you will drive architecture and technical direction for radio software across multiple platforms. You will ensure seamless integration between firmware, drivers, and system layers while enabling advanced Wi-Fi features.

+ Define architecture for radio firmware and driver subsystems
+ Lead cross-functional efforts to deliver complex Wi-Fi features
+ Drive system-level design across firmware, driver, and networking layers
+ Work with chipset vendors on roadmap alignment and technical issues
