**Description:** The Combined Orbital Operations Logistics Resiliency (COOLR) AEHF System Testbed team is looking for a team member who would primarily learn to maintain and then update the system testbed simulation software environment. The update of the simulation software is required to rehost the testbed simulation modeling software in a Linux-based Real-Time Operating System (OS) platform, a transition from the real-time OS vxWorks environment.
For this update, the candidate will participate in all phases of the system software lifecycle, from supporting initial system design concepts, software requirements, design, development, implementation, integration, and testing. There will be opportunities to support simulation software products being integrated into the System testbed lab as well as supporting problem resolution identified during integration.
The candidate will gain experience in high-level simulation software development for AEHF satellite subsystems.
