The Krakow Camera Firmware team is seeking a Software Engineering Manager who will oversee a Scrum team's managerial aspects throughout the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of selected smart camera features and modules.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with cross-functional teams (Hardware, QA, Product) to deliver on firmware release commitments and ensure alignment with company roadmaps.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of talented engineers.
Develop people and the team through planning, coaching, challenging assignments, feedback, and support.
Identify knowledge gaps and assist employees in creating plans to address them.
Define standard metrics and utilize them to report the current status of ongoing initiatives.
