Software Engineer(Fullstack)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will work with delivery manager to develop and implement applications to support Business needs.
• Liaise with the infrastructure support and development teams.
• Support L2/L3 day‑to‑day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests and ensure incidents and problems are managed within set SLAs.
• Ensure adherence of development practice (Waterfall and Agile), standards and updated documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge on front‑end frameworks such as ReactJS and back‑end frameworks such as Spring boot.
• Able to contribute individually and collaborate well with cross‑functional team.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced collaborative environment.
• Hands‑on experience in Linux, Unix is an added advantage.
• Experience in working with vendors to resolve complex technical issues is an added advantage.
