Software Engineer(Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using the relevant JS framework.
• Collaborate with design, QA and product teams to deliver efficient solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, project discussions and technical interviews for ongoing and potential projects.
• Contribute to winning new projects through technical insights and support.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Maintain code quality, performance and security in all deliverables.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, standups and retrospectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Ideally, a backend-focused full-stack developer. 70% expertise must lie in the backend and 30% in frontend proficiency.
