About The Role

We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer to join our platform team, working directly alongside our Platform Lead. You are a robust all‑around engineer who has spent the last few years operating across backend services and infrastructure, and who can take an idea from concept to a fully deployed, production‑ready application. You have experience in both larger engineering organizations and earlier‑stage startups, and you bring the discipline of one with the velocity of the other.

You see AI and agentic systems as a force multiplier on judgment, velocity, and quality, and you want to drive change rather than wait for direction.

• Own features end‑to‑end, from idea through design, implementation, deployment, and operation, leveraging agentic workflows to compress the path from concept to production.
