Job Description

About the role
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Software Engineer or Computer Scientist to join a global software development team. The candidate will serve as a software development leader responsible for web-based applications that drive the Carrier equipment and systems sales strategy. This includes ownership of Carrier Electronic Catalog programs that are employed by HVAC sales engineers. 
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Enngineer , you'll be responsible for:Work as part of a software development team to deliver tools to Carrier’s commercial HVAC sales force. 
Produce clean, efficient code that meets software requirements. 
Monitor the performance of 1 to 2 software developers and quality assurance specialists contributing the development effort. This includes code reviews and coaching. 
 
Maintain, troubleshoot, and debug existing software.
