Software Engineer in Test Essential Duties Create, maintain, and execute test cases/test scripts (manual and automated) for the user stories developed to support the new features, as well as components. Develop and execute test scripts to validate the back end functionality and REST API's. Create and execute SQL queries to verify data completeness, correctness, data transformation, and data quality of bioinformatics pipelines. Report, track, and escalation anomalies discovered during testing and ensure closure on the issues. Participate in software requirements, design, and review meetings.
