**Minimum qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go or Java, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.



**Preferred qualifications:**



+ 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.

+ Experience in networking, distributed systems, lower level infrastructure.

+ Experience developing accessible technologies.

+ Experience in managing production systems or reliability.

+ Experience with AI agents.
