Software Engineer, Human Data Platforms

This role involves building and shipping systems that span APIs, user interfaces, and data pipelines, focusing on data and document infrastructure that supports model evaluation, secure data handling, and complex document workflows. You will work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of problems from start to finish while operating with high autonomy within a small, senior team.

• Ship features across backend (Python/FastAPI) and frontend (React/Next.js/TypeScript).
• Build data pipelines for evaluation and model control layers.
