Software Engineer

Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Manage project activities, including service projects, to ensure on-time delivery by identifying critical paths, tracking interdependencies, and adjusting schedules as needed

• Support Warehouse Management System (WMS/WCS) applications, including design, implementation, deployment, customization/configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance

• Provide software support to existing clients, including troubleshooting, system recovery, audits, and handling IT software hotline inquiries

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to secure necessary resources across different project phases, including application support and change requests

• Gather and analyze client requirements during technical discussions, and manage technical proposals, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and software presentations
