Software Engineer (AI Development)

The DevAI team is looking for a mid-level Software
Engineer who is passionate about AI-assisted development and wants
to help other engineers in Albert Heijn adopt the new ways of
working.  

We are a small team of six,
and you will join as a core member. Our mission is to accelerate
adoption of AI-assisted development and help teams move from legacy
systems to modern, scalable tech stacks by embedding AI into
everyday workflows.

This role combines
strong software engineering skills with an interest in developer
enablement, experimentation, and cross-team collaboration.
 

Rather than building product
features, this role focuses on improving how engineering teams
build and deliver software.

Our work is
inherently dynamic. Priorities evolve quickly as we learn, and we
