Software Development Manager

Job Summary
The Software Manager oversees the end-to-end software development lifecycle. This role
provides strategic technical leadership, manages development teams, and ensures project delivery
within scope and timeline, and drives continuous improvement in code quality, architecture, and
team performance. The Software Manager also collaborates with the business and product
stakeholders to align development efforts with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple development teams, ensuring high performance and quality delivery.
Oversee project planning, estimation, and execution to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
Collaborate closely with Consultant, Quality Assurance, Dev Ops, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
