We are currently seeking a Software Development Manager to join our Engineering team for Draft, our AI-powered legal drafting product. This role is available to candidates local to our Burnaby hub, where you will be expected to be in office minimum twice per week on our Anchor Days.

• Collaborating with your triad to understand the challenges our business faces, identify the most impactful opportunities, and craft a roadmap for the team.

• Working with your team on designing the technical solutions.
