Disruption handling focuses on managing any unplanned events (such as weather, strikes, or other causes that ground planes) to minimize impacts for both airlines and travelers. Within Airport and Airlines Operations, the Disruption department provides comprehensive products and solutions, enabling airlines to efficiently manage daily disruptions and large-scale disruptions affecting the entire network. This empowers customers to self-rebook and helps agents monitor the efficiency of the process.
Summary Of The Role
As a Software Engineer embedded in an agile feature team, your mission is to design, code, test, and maintain the best technical solutions and architecture for our disruption products.
