Job Description

 Software Developer(s) – Frontend / Backend / Full Stack  Permanent Register of Voters Application (ROVER) Upgrade Services and Development Team
 Scope of Services 
 Design, develop and test the ROVER upgrade.

 Develop test plans and test cases using the ROVER project artifacts.

 Document the ROVER design and produce artifacts including Technical environment; Data structure; Business rules for registry updates; and Distinct processing steps to be used in each major component of registry maintenance.

 Work with the ESK IT resources to transition the upgraded system to operations.

 Potentially work to develop plans and deliver enhancements, once the base upgrade is complete.

 Experience Requirements  Developers should have a minimum of years' related experience
 Experience in .NET upgrade projects
