Software Developer

The role

We’re hiring a contract Software Developer (6–3 months) to accelerate delivery of secure, reliable API integrations on Azure. This is a tactical, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves engineering role—designing, building, testing, and production‑hardening cloud services that plug into our broader architecture. You’ll work closely with EA, platform teams, and delivery leads to implement patterns we can trust in production. Clear communication, good engineering instincts, and comfort working independently are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Azure Functions and .NET services that support mission‑critical integrations.
• Develop and publish APIs using Azure API Management, including policies, versioning, and gateway configuration.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth2/OIDC.
• Use Azure Key Vault for secrets management and enforce secure‑by‑default design.
