Software Developer (Salesforce)

Responsibilities:
.⁠ ⁠Independently lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
.⁠ ⁠Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
.⁠ ⁠Lead integration design between Salesforce and third-party platforms
.⁠ ⁠Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams, vendors, and project managers
.⁠ ⁠Support SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
.⁠ ⁠Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and delivery standards
.⁠ ⁠Lead and mentor junior consultants and developers
Core Skill Requirements:
- Sales Cloud Technical & Integration
.⁠ ⁠Strong experience leading Sales Cloud projects
