Role Overview

The Software & Data Installation Technician is responsible for deploying software solutions for customers, from initial installation through to go‑live and handover. The role involves installing and configuring applications, completing associated data builds, and delivering solutions both remotely and on customer sites as required. Working closely with customers and internal teams, the consultant ensures implementations are accurate, reliable and aligned with agreed requirements and timelines.
