Software Business Analyst

We are seeking a Software Business Analyst with good communication and documentation skills who will be responsible for eliciting, capturing, communicating, and validating business requirements.

The Software Business Analyst will work closely with Senior Software Business Analyst to provide support in enhancing the process of documentation for streamlining procedures and operations. Further, the role requires coordination with offshore customers and cross functional teams to provide inputs for implementation of technology for business solutions.

Essential skills:

• Gathering, documenting and liaising with business users and technical departments on functional and non-functional requirements
• Preparation of interface and reports specifications
• Produce clear, accurate and comprehensive systems specifications
