Key Role and Responsibilities
Software Inventory Management Maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets including licenses versions and installationsLicense Compliance Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and manage renewals and auditsProcurement Support Assist in the procurement of software liaising with Finance team for the Invoicing Billing and maintenance of agreements in the designated repositoriesUsage Monitoring Monitor software usage to identify underutilized licenses and opportunities for cost savingsPolicy Development Develop and enforce software asset management policies and proceduresReporting Generate regular reports on software usage compliance and cost savingsVendor Management Maintain relationships with software vendors and manage contracts and agreementsTraining and Support Provide training and su...
