Opportunity

2 days per week in office. You will lead a team of software and database architects serving five product groups across a U.S. healthcare software company. This change leadership role entails evolving the team’s architecture approach from a requirements‑driven model toward a proactive, business‑driven enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software and database architects—including hiring, development, performance, and career growth.
• Drive the team’s evolution from reactive, requirements‑driven architecture to proactive, enterprise‑scoped work that begins from business problems, not handed‑down requirements.
• Operate a phased engagement model: time‑bounded stakeholder discovery, phases that close on decisions rather than deliverables, and regular checkpoint communication with stakeholders.
