Software Architect

World Class Defence Organisation is currently looking to recruit a Software Architect subcontractor on an initial 12 month contract.

Rate: £70.00 per hour

Location: Newcastle

Hybrid / Remote working: likely 3 days per week onsite

Duration: 12 Months (initially and then ongoing and long-term thereafter)

IR35 status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)

Software Architect Job Description

• Work with System Architects to translate business goals and high-level requirements into robust software architectures, balancing performance, security, reliability, and compliance.


• Design scalable, flexible, and maintainable architectures for complex geospatial systems using the latest modern cloud based technologies and tools.
